The Supported Employment Program (SEP) has facilitated the employment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings where the highest level of job skills can be developed and where financial and social needs can be most effectively met. Ongoing individualized job coaching is provided at the onset of the job and fades as the participant becomes more proficient and stable.

Each participant has an assigned case specialist who is responsible for the coordination of his/her individual habilitation service plan. Services include the following:

• Implementing Individual Habilitation Service Plan
• Counseling
• Advocacy
• Referring to support services
• Assisting with regional centers, residential service providers, and families
• Other identified needs/interests
